Neonet AB is a publicly listed company incorporated under the laws of Sweden. Corporate governance is based on Swedish legislation, consisting foremost of the Swedish Companies Act, the Listing Agreement with the Stockholm Stock Exchange and other relevant regulations and guidelines.
From July 1 2008, Neonet applies the requirements of the Swedish Corporate Governance Code.
